Right I'm off to have another shower cos I am glowing! I've got the in-laws coming in a few hours, and the house is nice and clean. Guaranteed the MIL will find something to moan about!

I've got so far behind on the flying this week that I'm giving up and just doing my dailies and ploughing my way through the washing and ironing. Sorry to let the side down but I've just not had the chance or the motivation this week. Next week I'll be right back on it....promise.

Will be dropping one of the extra kids at school with her mum then getting DD1 then I've got to go to the doctors...should be fun with a 6 year old and 2 toddlers. DD2 wouldn't stop climbing on the bed and trying to jump off it last time. I've got to go as I've got a burn on stomach that has become infected. I've spoken to the pharmacist and they said I should go to the doctors today, particularly with it being a Friday, as there'd only be the emergency doctors over the weekend.

Not caught up on the thread yet so hugs to all those who need one and well done to Flybabybunting for getting all your stars this week (and well done to anyone else who has managed it too).

no flying yet here today, got up later than usual and then as DH is home we slobbed a bit then went for lunch. then we popped into town very briefly for me to get a sun hat and him a portable digital radio for when the ashes start. going to watch the tennis when murray comes on but in the mean time i think i'll tackle today's list (amended as the spare room is mainly fine) - i did some of it yesterday anyway

dust & deweb spare room

Sort the house for the lil lady’s arrival.

Cupboard under the stairs (de-clutter, find space for hoover and pram, tidy)
Kids bedroom (sort out toys, sort out boys clothes)
Master bedroom (de-clutter, get rid of junk, find space for crib, fix drawers)
Kitchen (clean out cupboards, de-clutter) 1 cupboard done
Living room (clear paperwork pile, [STRIKE]empty toys from foot stool hide nappies in there[/STRIKE])
Bathroom (clean skirting, new lino!)
Hall (clean skirting, move bikes if possible)
Find somewhere for baby clothes!!!

Also today I have...

Cleaned kitchen (worktops, 1 corner, dishes)
S&S bathroom


Feels like a lot more :rolleyes: Also found out I have gestational diabetes, so I need to focus on housework rather than eating sweeties

I've been out all morning, and don't appear to have achieved a huge amount!

Two bags of garden waste dropped off at the tip. Walked round town, bought the dried apricots I need for the cake next week, but can't find any sugar-free dried cranberries. Also couldn't find the cake board and boxes... so there'll be some internet shopping to do later! Bought a skirt and cardigan in the sales and finally got round to going into the building society and moving my current account! I get paid on the 15th, so need to remember to move my money on the 16th and tell HR that my account has moved...

I see you've all been busy. I guess I'll have to find my list and see what I can do today...
