Fabulous Friday ~ Land of Spare DOOM!
    DONE!!!!! :j:j:j:j:j
    The Great Declutter
    • 5 minutes filing
    My list
Wash windows outside and front door (sunday)
    ring/email about pension
Take ebay photos and upload 5x 3x week (5 listed mon/tues)
    council tax
online gas/elec meter readings to submit
    salad/carrot/pea/radish/spring onion/cabbage/swede late planting (sunday)
    Plant up squashes
    Make cabbage collars
    Clear out the cellar
    Take rubbish to the tip

2 hours later and that all looks much better in the RoD! :D

Windows washed, bookshelves tided, charity shop bag filled with books, cd and some other bits and bobs. Binbag of rubbish filled, and lots of paper and cardboard into recycling bin.

Feel much better now this is done - feel calmer now some space has reappeared

Listed 6 items on freecycle of things no longer want/ever used and need a new home to be used.

More things found out for ebay listings - just needing the motivation to photo and list. Will put this things in a tidy order and work my way through them.

Since I made the decision to take the rest of the week off to sort my head out I feel much better without worrying about going to work. Next week is a new one and will start this with a more positive attitude. Felt some symptoms of anxiety and depression reappear this week and I have worked really hard to push them away by keeping myself super busy flying and gardening and not giving them a chance to take hold

Morning folks (well it was when I started catching up)

Congratulations for Valli, hugs for Kdean and Carlsberggal!

    RANT ALERT
Why is my department at uni so blummin slow??? Every other department has had their exam results, exams were 3 weeks ago, I'm sure the department must have had the results for weeks, so why can't they put them up yet????? They are meant to be up today, but nothing so far. I'm meant to be going to town to buy some things for going up home, but I can't go out until I've got the results otherwise my head will be all over the place - ARGGGGG!
    RANT OVER
    And breathe....

Sorry, it's just so disorganised and it winds me up something terrible.

Flying, I've cleaned the bin out, and got a bag of stuff ready for the charity shop on the way to town.

Lady Liberty, I hope your scan goes well.

Choccybix, I'm very envious, I'd love to go and see the Killers.

Toots - I know you can get pet medicine online but all her stuff is prescription only and my vet would charge the earth for that and get p***y about it. I only keep going there because it's walking distance and I often can't get a lift.

Hi everyone, sorry that i didn't post earlier, have had a busy morning. Was getting the place nice for the flat inspection this morning, had a final tidy round and rehoovered as I'd missed loads of bits. Then DH and I popped out the farmers market in the village which was a bit disappointing as there wasn't much there. We did get some nice curry sauces from a nice man so will be having them tonight, and freezing what we don't eat.

The place looks very nice and tidy - all this week I've been focusing on decluttering the floors and it's really paying off now.

Had a bit of a clean up in the kitchen this morning too (level 2 is all done apart from kickboards), but need to do washing up and clean the bathroom.

Hope all is well, I'm going to catch up with you all now! xx

Right i best get a move on and head into town, will update the list later.

Thanks again everyone for all the hugs and advice it means alot.

Now and then it seems that life is just too much.
