Thanks muo5, my grandad also died very suddenly and unexpectedly 11 years ago and left a massive gap - 3 immediate family died in these 11 years. Dad and grandad v.suddenly and nan very slow and painfully.
Also thanks to mudbath and rose - need to think about what to do tomorrow. My job is helping people with major problems - don't know if my head has enough space for this at present.
The flying has helped greatly to distract me - swept and mopped the floor in the bathroom and planted up 10 primulas and primroses and a quick garden tidy up.

Oh and I will run a virus scan......as soon as I figure out how.
ETA - I've checked, it ran a scan last week and updated today..... Now, I dont know exactly what that means, but i dont think it needs it againSometimes lurking, sometimes posting, but always flying

Evening ladies
Just popped in to say hi.
Flying this week hasnt been great as after DD's room on Saturday I needed to recover and I have so much else on the go at the mo.
Last night decluttered my purse of all the old receipts and updated the computer. Today I took a day off work and OH and I got rid of some clutter. All his old work uniform including 14 new shirts still in the packets (which went to the special recycling bin for it at his work) then we took 5 more huge bags to the tip before having a day in Peterborough shopping. Had a really successful day as far as he was concerned as he now has his outfit except tie for the wedding. I couldnt find anything I needed that was right although we did see a fab dress for DD in Monsoon but I need to check to see if it will clash with mine first!
Since been home I have been decluttering the spare room for the French student who arrives on Saturday, getting there but it does mean that the rest of the list is not getting done.
Anyway I hope everyone is ok as I havent even glanced at this weeks thread so massive apologies and hugs to those who need them
Kaz xMortgage, we're getting there with the end in sight £6587 07/23, otherwise free of the debt thanks to MSE help!0 -

Go for it Tooch! I have everything crossed..... I wouldn't do ebay but I would consider local school fairs etc.fedupandskint wrote: »Thanks muo5, my grandad also died very suddenly and unexpectedly 11 years ago and left a massive gap - 3 immediate family died in these 11 years. I'll fess up here. DD came round this evening to practise her hypno on me (she's doing a course). It was all going terribly well until she mentioned something which related to my late Mum and Dad and I was suddenly in tears.
She brought me back pdq. I don't know who was more mortified - her or me! But, it clearly shows that even after a lapse of years (23 in the case of my Mum and 13 in the case of my Dad) you are still left with a scar.
She said that was it, she's giving up hypno training and I told she shouldn't dare. At least her first 'ab-reaction' I think is the term she used happened in what was to her a safe environment and with someone she knew. She can work on strategies for other 'patients' for future sessions.
Ooooh - don't know where that came from! Sorry!
Have HM chicken soup from the carcass etc. from sunday on the hob and a fresh loaf out of the BM to go with it for dinner.I am the leading lady in the movie of my life
