Ive realised the problem with my ironing...... I iron all LO's stuff first, that leaves my stuff in the basket - for me I only iron work clothes, so looking at the baskets, its all full of my big clothes!!
Im going to iron 10 of my things rather than 10 of his and see the difference.......Sometimes lurking, sometimes posting, but always flying

I haven't done a lot today apart from washin, drying and cleaning the kitchen floor and cooking, and washing/drying/ putting away of dishes and picking up various bits of carp from the floor....basic mummy duties really!!!!
I have also, inbetween been looking at boards regarding selling stuff on ebay/ amazon as well as looking at the "make £10 a day challenge," as I am skint!!! I am currently thinking of making up a nappy cake or 2 to sell, will let you know how I get on, or if anyone has any advice on these, please feel free to share, thanks.

ACTUALLY.. it has been proven there ARE growing pains.. the ligaments get loose and floppy and can sometimes get a bit strained as they stretch just before a major growth spurt the joints become a bit loose it is easier for them to be strained. My sister had this problem until she stopped growing.. from being about 3 or 4 she would sometimes be unable to walk her legs hurt so much.. so whoever told you there is no such thing is an idiot! and you have my permission to tell them so!
My friend at school would get inflamed joints when she was having a growth spurt as well which was very painful and quite often she would be off school for a week or so until things calmed down.
My DS suffered from horrendous growing pains which would render him incapable of walking. He has a very high pain threshold and would have ear infections that I didn't know about until the Dr told me but the growing pains left him inconsolable. He saw various peadiatricans who just told me it was growing pains and they seem to have eased off now. Fingers crossed your little one has nothing serious. xxToxic & Tired - Starting 2010 afresh :beer:0 -
