Bevan - thanks for the kind words
God I'm on a roll today, pity it won't last!!
Went home at lunch to make salad to take back to work, and because the mist had burned off I put a load of whites in dw.
Went out on 2 accompanied viewings - one near to my house so I nipped home, hung the washing out and put a whole garlic chicken in the oven on low to have with salad for dinner.
Better still, I’d only just got back when the viewers came back into office and offered on one of the properties and the vendor has accepted!!

I think you need to take half hour just for "you" xx

AnW's mum....well done on 45 minutes in the RoD....my RoD is the back of the armchair in the lounge where I have two boxes full of paperwork...it was 2 boxes and a bag but the bag has been sorted yesterday.

Thanks :) made good progress today, everywhere else looks bad but can't do everything at once. Well done on starting to tackle your RoD :T

Just fetched Miss A and W from school, W is black bright, looks like he's been down t'pit:rotfl::eek: They are both in the bath now so that they are clean for sleeping over at Mum and Dad's while I go out with my friends for a meal. Think we are going to wander down to the local Indian in the village. I need to drop Miss A at cubs first.

Too hot for ironing but will do a HHC at 4.15. Ironing can wait till later when it is a little cooler. Still not vacuumed the LR, hall and stairs which I wanted to get done before the school run, oh well, slathered them with sun cream and they are in the garden so now is as good a time as any.

Done online shopping which included lowfat Ben and Jerrys (sorry Toots) which I will have for a treat in the evenings after a day of being very good.

Going to have a look at the kitchen now. Not sure if I will do any flying in there, but will have a look! I hope it cools down soon. I feel sorry for DH being out at work in this, he's pruning a hedge today

I've tidied more of a big pile of stuff in the corner, wiped over our metal thingy that we put food in the kitchen and dustpan and brushed the base of it and put the shelves in (not easy they are full of jars and tins) that DH took out last night looking for bugs, and gone through another bag of car carp.

I might even be able to hoover the LR floor tomorrow!

I'm decidedly melting might go and have a splash about with some cold water
