Reckon I did 45 mins on RoD :D it is starting to get there, plenty more to do but feeling good about what I have done.

Had a phone call from a friend and free cycler is on the way to collect the freezer. Dragged it out the garage and gave it a quick wipe over ready to go.

Just finishing a :coffee: and then back to it.

ETA Thanks Jo, you have mail ;)

Morning on this lovely sunny day! I've got all the windows and doors open to try and keep the house a bit cooler.

So far i've; got children to school, walked dogs, washes stripes who got extremly muddy, stripped our bed and put in washing machine, filled all soap dispensers, walked to local shops for fruit, decluttered living room.

Now it's time to look at today's list and do something about it!

    Healthy vibes to everyone xx

    Good Morning everyone.
Been awol again, decided to take some time off and do some stuff for me. Feeling a whole lot better now, and the black dog has backed off a bit.

Dp started his new job today, so thats another weight of my mind. However, the house has suffered for not getting the normal flylady attention and is in desparate need of some work. Made a start on my room yesterday, and that looking alot better. Living room not to bad either, just toys and clothes to sort out and a couple of hotspots need sorting.

I'm going to do a bit of dot to dot type flying this week, off to sort myself a list out.

Hubby still not great, so added stress there trying to keep an eye on him. I'm really not sure how to help him as he's slipping back and even self harming again which is completely pulling me apart. I'm back to taking over on everything again, all feeds for Rhys, kids to school, up early and bed late as he sleeps for awhile during the day and can't sleep at night so i stay up with him to keep an eye.:cry::cry:

Sorry for such a depressing post.

Kids finish tomorrow for the summer, gardens nearly ready for them just need to cut them today and get the outdoor toys sorted.

That is one hard week you've had. I agree with everyone else' s suggestions about seeking more help for your dh....you do need to take care of yourself, as you're the one holding your family together, and you can't do that by being awake all hours.....really hope this week is easier for all of you.

Sorry I dropped off posting last week...just got very busy, I still seem to be catching up with washing and ironing from my week without a washing machine:o....plus the gas boiler stopped working, Hamish had an introductory session at his new high school which has left him more worried than ever :(, and we took my Mum down to Essex at the weekend so we could celebrate her eightieth bithday with my dsis and her family.

Okay off to start my list...........

    Morning all

Today's list all done Toots (and I've done the kitchen/diner too). It sounds like it's just going to get hotter as the week goes on so I thought I'd break the back of it today.

Cut the back grass, the front is still fine.

I washed the cats blankets today, they got rained on first thing but I think they're dry now, I'll check in a minute.

Sorry for your BiL's thoughtlessness Carlsberggal :( Some people will just never understand.

Off to catch up a bit.

fedupandskint - that counselling sounds positive, glad it went better than you feared.

Vanilla, you are working so hard I hope things get easier soon.

embb - nice to see you back.

Cats blankets in and folded ready to be put away - good job, because somebody has just lit a bonfire, it really stinks but it's far too hot to shut the windows.

Haven't made much progress yet... breakfast eaten, DW emptied, WM on with towels. I have, however, managed to get hold of someone intelligent at vodafone who has (hopefully) permanently resolved the problems with my bill... refunded the delivery charge for the new phone I got in March, and all the 'extras' that I hadn't asked for but was being charged for, plus made sure that all the extras were permanently removed from my account and that the free texts I'm supposed to have were actually on there  So rather than owing them money, I'm now in credit - no bill to pay this month, and it should cover next month too :j

My brother has called, and isn't working tomorrow, so I'll probably go for a walk with him. I'm not going to go down to see my dad in Devon as the weather forecast says rain, so I'd rather stay at home with the sun! I've got an EGM at the school this afternoon (sorting out staffing for next year, as we've had a significant drop in numbers), so I'll walk up there to keep me moving.

I think I need to shower before I try to get on with anything else! The house is a tip, so I may need to do more than what's on the list today...

Another wash done and on the line. Just having a cuppa then I think I will put DD up for a nap and tackle the vacuuming. I find it so much easier to get stuff done when it is sunny, puts me in such a good mood.

    Good morning, just!

I have my niece here so haven't had a chance to read any posts. I hope you are all well.

Thank you pigpen, toots and soapie. I really appreciate everything you do on here.

I have done a quick s and s of the kitchen, will get DS3 to vacuum lounge then we are going out to be tourists. Can't decide between Roman wall, Lead mine museum or after reading about Alnick, the castle!
