Well there's fit :D just making cheese on toast for breakie and wondered what a fire engine was doing in the park. Then I noticed the group of fit blokes playing basketball. I wonder where I put the binoculars......

In my HHC, I did really well with the LR floor, there is still a long way to go, but I can see much more carpet. I've also tidied one of the armchairs. I've put away in his cupboard all of DH's cans of pepsi and red bull, and sorted through a bag of stuff from the boot of the car. DH had "tidied" the boot by shoveling everything into bags - I've gone through and there is all sorts of rubbish in there.

Have chucked away 24 bits of rubbish and recycled 15 things.

I need to do another HHC before I'm really happy with it, I think that might just about do it. Need to do the other armchair and the sofa.

Going to have a cool down first, it's so hot here today!

    Fedup - hugs for today

Thanks Jue and Dustykitten and everyone else's kind words and thoughts.

Bereavement counsellor has just left and I was dreading it and nearly in tears before she arrived. Has been very helpful and has given me much to think about and some baggage to drop. Not especially looking forward to the next session but feel better now I have let go of some of the bags.

Big hug for vanilla - you take care hun.

Jo - I am posting your parcel today - hope you like it

I think I am going to take the rest of the day off and fly as my head is in bits and pieces at the moment and this will help me get back together.

Done - WM x1 and pegged out on the line, washing up x 1, hoovered up in lounge. Will finish off LR in a bit after have rung work and then visit to PO for posting and a declutter session - will feel better after this as it is doing my head in
final unsecured debt to repay currently £8333
