Ah, I see, sorry, when I realised the formatting was all wrong I had to paste into word and back here and missed off the top part of my original post...
The info is from Jamie Oliver's chicken programme that was on channel 4.

However, judging by the pictures on Tesco.com the value chickens appear to show the red tractor sign and so the difference between the two "value" and "regular" would only seem to be size rather than welfare standards, as pointed out by Jamie a while ago.
