  • You must have seen threads about people borrowing money and then looking for ways out. Not because they cant pay or something drastic has happened but because they want something but dont want to pay.

    again if its legal whats the problem?
    i thought this site was about helping consumers not loan issuers
    it shouldnt matter why they want to avoid paying ,just if they can

    Yes it should matter. Here on planet Earth taking out loans with no intention of paying them back in known as fraud.

    Funny that as i'm sure Martin was on Channel 5 or something a few months ago talking about how people do this sort of thing. For some people this advice is good as in hardship but just as you say some people take the pish, would not call it fraud though.

    who said anything about taking out a loan with the INTENTION of not paying it back?
    but if you have a loan and something new comes out meaning you could get out of paying it and its perfectly legal, theres absolutely nothing wrong in taking advantage of it

    ps if you believe in life on other planets im sure theres even a forum somewhere for you but it might be filled with spotty geeks
