I like wine with diet lemonade, so it suits me fine

i had pasta with chopped tomatoes with onions and mushrooms as a sauce and i added a little tobasco for a bit of spice to experiment and it was very yummy oh and i added a touch of worcester sauce too.It was very filling too

hi. i have joined in the SW website and have entered my weight in the progress chart. so now i have lost 2 pounds and would like to monitor it but cant seem to enter this information..what should i do?
please help have tried everything? does it work on a certain day or something?

Yes, if you entered your weight yesterday then you'll have to wait until next thursday to weigh in again

Yes the toms are syn free on both days

Not heard of syn free jelly but the no sugar one is only about 2syns for the whole packet
