I got on the scales this morning & quickly jumped off! I wasn't too well last week but managed to eat chocolate............I am so addicted to it :o .

I've read through here and I'd like to join in please but I'm not going to classes. I did that before and didn't lose much weight at all and the people there drove me mad. They never seemed to lose weight and just went for a natter I think:confused: . I need to get my willpower checked out..............any ideas???

Hi Lara, glad you are joining us.
Not sure where to buy the willpower but do you have a holiday or something you could aim for?
I've been awful today, eaten loads of chocolate, pizza and chips for tea, vienetta for pud and a bottle of wine to wash it down.
I'm usually really good, don't know what's happening!

Anyway, enough of me, good luck Lara and try to be +ve
    I haven't got one!

    Hi guys,

back on to no count after a few weeks counting and loving it again. Lost a pound this week so happy with that.

Menu plan today went well, i had

    B. yogurt with oats, raspberries and pineapple and a little crystalised ginger

    L. Kipper pate on crackers with a mixed salad and a yogurt

    S. Lamb cutlets with harissa, and a yogurt and mint dip, sweet potato wedges, salad and a chocolate bar for pudding and a glass of wine. Yummy X

Out for lunch tomorrow so will try and make a wise choice and share a pudding!

Went fora nice swim and a longish dog walk in the sunshine, bliss.

How much have we all got to lose/have lost?
    Pawpurrs x ;)

Hi all. Just seeing how everyone else is doing. I had my blood tests yesterday and hope they find a reason as to why I'm not losing weight. After my weekend away (last week) and the complete pig-out I had, I've been very good all week at watching what I eat........................except Thursday!
Went To Paris for the day and had chips. I didn't enjoy them, so does that count????? :)
I have become quite addicted to the Muller yogs, especially the ones with the bits in..............yumm, thanks whoever recommended those!
Trying to stay positive. 2 weeks till I get my blood results, don't know what I'll do if it comes back with no reason. I'm off on 13th May for 10 days and always lose weight easily when I'm there. Hope to be there all over summer as well, so will keep focused on that at the moment.
Have a good day and a nice holiday weekend.

Thanks to everyone for their replies-might have to wander on down to my ww meeting soon to get this code. If anyone can pm me with one tho I would be very grateful. I think you only get FOC at goal if you go a minimum of something like once a month-I haven't been for years!!!
  • Well I started the diet on Wednesday and thought get a few pounds off before the hols!

All I've done is eat more than normal...wonder what my weigh in will be next week!

Hello.....well I start off the day supremely well...............porridge oats with organic s/s milk and sliced apple. That keeps me going for a few hours. then I forget about lunch, or make OH's etc, or simply don't fancy anything. Then mid afternoon I end up having something I shouldn't i.e. packet of crisps or piece of chocolate, whatever is here. I try not to buy these as it's usually just me that eats them but I tell myself I'm buying them for the other members of the family :D . Sometimes I'm really good & have a nice salad at lunchtime with protein (chicken or whatever) followed by a Muller light. Now the vanilla one I adore especially if I put fresh raspberries in. I don't eat take aways, never have done as I don't like them BUT I do about four times a year have fish & chips as a treat. Not too bad. I do eat lots of fruit. Have plenty of vegetables with meals etc but my biggest downfall is I don't like drinking. I can easily get away with only a small glass of iced water during the whole day. I don't drink tea or coffee either.
Still searching for that willpower ...............it is here because it's been used many times before................just can't get it to surface atm though:rolleyes: .
  • Hi All, Lost 9LB !!! this week (SW) have to admit that last week I put 8LB on in two weeks after missing a week, still i'm realy pleased I thought it would take a couple of weeks to get off again,I stuck to the plan 100 %, I even went back to measuring my milk etc which i'd got out of the habit of doing, am struggling a bit atm, but will stick with it, well done to all those that lost weight, and don't give up those who did'nt.
