Oh no!! Too much chocolate temptation!!! :EasterBun I hardly ever crave chocolate and have had 2 weeks of behaving myself impeciably... now every time I see an easter egg I have to shove it all in!! I think I might finish the lot of tonite and start again on the plan tomorrow rather than just stuffing every day for the next week!! :undecided

i could do but think the kids would get upset if i did it to theirs too so i may as well get a chocolate fix quickly and get this whole thing over with.... I have had no syns today... only chocolate :o i have syn free lasagne for tea tonite!

Can throw em all away as they were pressies so seems a bit tight really, think I will just finish now and let the kids eat the rest :embarasse will be glad when easter is over!!!!!! Roll on summer - I LOVE eating salads in the summer (but there is also skinny people in skimpy outfits to contend with! )

2nd Weigh in today and I've lost 1lb. I'm a bit disappointed but that is 7lb in a fortnight, so I know I shouldn't be unhappy.

Any advice on having a really good week next week appreciated.

I think I was snacking a little bit so I've got to get over that.

Has anyone else on SW had a similar thing where they have a really good first week and then second week a bit rubbish?
hi i had the same in my second week - after a 6.5 loss the first week it went down to .5 in the second week but then lost 3.5 my third week - dreading tomorrows weigh in tho as i gave way to my birthday celebrations and didnt want to check the syns on 2 bottles of wine and a 3rd of a bottle of pernod over the last 4 days lol - never mind tomorrow is a new day

so ive decided ill start a fresh from thursday, im really annoyed with my self as i dont know why ive done it, im not even a chocolate eater but its likei cant resist now, but i least ive not attacked the crisps yet which is my weakness usually.

Well it sounds like we're suffering from easter guilt! My guilt is slightly different, but it's there all the same.

Had the friend's dinner on thrusday night and was mostly good. Skipped dessert and didn't have any of the really yummy, cheesy bread that was a sort of side dish, However the main course was stuffed with cheese and god knows how much fat was used in it to cook it. :(

Dinner was slightly marred by the fact i had a cold coming and i have been feeling grotty ever since (spent a couple of days in bed). I've tried to stick to SW but the bolognaise i made tasted really weird (as did almost everything i tried to eat - damn cold) and i've just ended up picking on bread and cheese and i feel carpy about it. I just hope i haven't put on too much.

I often enjoy getting on the scales every week when i know i've been dead good and have probably lost weight. I'm annoyed that when i get on the scales and get a gain my RC instructor will probably make some crack about easter eggs when actually not a morsel of chocolate has passed my lips this week (i wish i had eaten the chocolate instead of wasting the syns on something like cheese!).

Ok. I'm on a bit of a downer here - must be the back to work blues! Good luck with the scales this week everyone! I'm sure i'll cheer up after a cup of coffee. :D

    Hi JenIttels

We all have weeks like this i was like that last week and was dreading my weigh in but thankfully stayed the same but i had been picking all week and this week ive been picking at the chocolate but if you cut out things like chocolate, cheese etc then you wont stick to the diet because you will feel like your missing out
Anyway try to cheer up and dont worry about it tommorow is another day
    Take care:o
