Hi all,

does anyone know the SW password for syns online this week, please?

Our group meetings are being disrupted by the Parish council installing a new heating system (brrrrrr - really needed) and so it's a quick weigh-in in the liitle annex and the usual stuff seems to have gone astray.

ps. I notice they haven't reduced the weekly charge though even though there's no option to stay for group meeting :mad:

Sorry I'm only getting back on here now, Last night I promised to PM Squeaky to ask if we could change the name of the recipe thread over on OS. I only got round to it this morning and I see he has beaten me to it on here.
Does anyone have any suggestions for the new name?
Squeaky had suggested -I wanna lose weight recipe collection - so that we could all identify. Is everyone happy with this or can anyone suggest something different? My creative thinking cap is lost today, am a bit down in the dumps over something Oh well, must keep thinking of holiday - only 5 days to go!

I am also down in the dumps, its the time of the month, i am really tired and stressed and the thought of eating a chinese takeway for tea (have been invited to a friends to see if I wanted to share a takeaway, a glass of wine and a gossip) is very very appealing, with a few glasses of wine too.... (WW wine) so I will shoot right past my daily allowance in other words but am very very tempted as I am soooo peeee'd off :mad: I think I might have to go for it.....

Can anyone help me guess how many syns there would be in fried tofu? I am on a green day so the boiled rice and tofu and vegetables would be free so guess it would just be the oil????

p.s. I like the name suggestion, Lose Weight/Eat Healthy Recipes or something like that??
