SW sounds tempting if you can eat so much and still loose weight :D

I have doen ok today and fortunately don't feel hungry just now because I tend to struggle in the evenings.

I have just been to Morrisons and bought lots of fruit and veg. To keep my sweet tooth from the sugar snacks, I bought blackberries, pears and apples to stew togther. I feel like I have had the treat of a 'real' pudding then.

Yay nearly easter! Breadmaker is on, whiring away.
My legs are killing me today, strangely my calf muscles. so I am going to have a day off the exercise as I am going to a salsa night tomorrow, I am going with some really good friends, but one of them has just admitted to being terrified to dance, so I dont quite know what to do? As he will look silly just standing at the sidelines, as no one at the dance can dance and I know everyone will wonder why he came if thats how he feels.
They are the sort of people that cant say no, then let you down at the last minute, and as much as I love them to pieces its very Irratating.
Why is it that today is weigh in day, and every thursday the scales seem to jump up from weds figure???

Easter I guess is going to be atricky time for most of us, as its not just the eggs, but the long weekend, the socalising and the break from routine thats the killer.
Hugs to those that need them. Try to be good but if you cant dont beat yourself up.

    B. Cereal
    L. Oven baked muffin omelette, salad and couscous salad, potato salad etc
    S. Creamed Sweetcorn and egg Soup with HM bread.
    E. Day off.

3lbs. Thank god (was worried after last week's random gain).

    That's a total of 1 stone and 1lb. :D

Unfortunately tonight may not be great as i'm going to a friend's 21st birthday dinner party and her parents are cooking (and waiting on us. :)) It'll be very nice but most of her mum's recipes use an awful lot of cheese and fat (though it tends to be olive oil). I've pre-warned them that i'll proabably skip the incredibly rich dessert that she'll also make as i'm 'being good' :A Dinner over there can also sometimes include a good mixed salad so fingers crossed for being able to fill up on that!

It would be really great to lose another stone by the time i have a wee holiday to the lake disctrict in mid May but i'm not going to be too hard on myself as i quite like plodding away as long as little bits keep coming off!

Pawpurrs - My boyfriend will probably buy a breadmaker this weekend (they're great aren't they?) and i'm hoping to find a recipe for a reasonably low Syn/healthy pizza dough that i could use (to make teeny but delicous pizzas). Lemme know if you know of one! Ta.

OMG!! I just ate a cadburys creme egg!! In the past I wouldn't have worried too much, and probably have munched some crisps too but I have just looked up the amount of syns and was told....

    . Green 8½ Syns

Thats my daily allowance!! EEEKKK!!

I think I will have quorn sausages, poached egg, beans and SW chips for dinner tonight!! AGH!

Does anyone else eat the Uncle Bens Express microwave rice pouches? They are 2 syns a pouch and quite filling!! :T

I also have had a Asda Rice Snack (1 point) today so if I can stick to this as the total for the day I should have a total of 11½ Syns.... I think I may be allowed a glass of WW wine in that case and really have a blow out!!

Well done on your losses and continued motivation, this weekend is going to be hard for any chocoholics out there, or people with just no will power like me! :o

Is the OS recipe thread including SW recipes, or only WW??
        LL

        Hiya. :)

The thread name is weight watching (not watchers) because that seemed the most suitable title since whichever regimen you follow, be it WW or SW or atkins... or uncle tom cobley's... watching your weight go down is what you are all doing.

        So I could call it:-

The Weight Watching Slimmer's World Weight Watcher's Atkins Diets and Healthy Eating Recipe Collection Thread...

But then I'd get told off for missing out...

Low fat... low carbs... the country cottage good eating guide... and the how to cook armadillo the easy way cookbook...

There just isn't a title that will cover it all.

Unless you guys can come up with one?

        :)
