Had my first SW class this morning - so hopefully I should be looking thin by now! I'm about to sit myself down with a cup of coffee (no biscuits) and read the pack they have given me.
The people at SW were very helpful. I was horrified to see that I weigh half a stone more than I thought, so must start diet immediately!! :mad:0 -

Hi everyone,
I'm new to forums and new to SW but started doing the diet last week after reading the magazine and can't go to the meetings. I seem to be eating really a lot of food but I keep checking and I think it's all free or healthy extras. Will I really lose weight eating this lot?? I really want to lose about a stone before the end of May - is that totally unrealistic ? Any tips would be welcome - I'm going to try that chickpea cake!
