I'm going to post a few recipes over on our OS thread later today so I hope you'll all pop over there to take a look. One of them is a real Easter treat of SW ferrero rocher which are delicious and only 1 syn each. I aim to post the recipes by about 9pm trying to catch up on my Spanish homework at the mo but MSE is too addictive

Just thought I would share a tip that helped me loads when I lost weight...like most people I get serious sugar cravings and I found Tesco's Raspberry Sorbet fantastic for helping.. I don't know how many sins it is but it comes in at around 7 Weight watchers points for the whole 500ml tub (the same as a chunky kit kat). I found whenever I was having a craving a couple of teaspoons seemed to help.
(Lost 2 stone at the time...put 5lbs back on which I am trying to shake at the moment!)

    Well done Cheeky mole :)
Rachie77 - good luck with the weigh.

I am glad I have found this thread as its good to speak to other dieters I was wondering if anyone else here has dieted from the start without the help of a slimming club?

I have in the past gone through loads of faddy diets. I did lose quite a bit with the milkshakes but must admit it was a bit boring. Last time I lost weight was with SW but not going to class etc and I did lose well but then I got a bit complacent and put it all back on again and more. So here I am again my theory being that if I go to class and pay to go to class I won't want to keep paying so will keep an eye on my weight a bit better. (when you get to target you don't pay as long as you stay 3lb either side of target weight)
That's my theory so in 3-4 weeks time I will hopefully be a non-paying member (fingers crossed)

I have every faith in you - look at how well you have done so far, and in such a short space of time.

;) You will do it! Watch this space!!
Did you set your target with your consultant? I joined SW on the first night - it was a new class. We have never discussed targets etc, I have filled in my own interim target in my blue book but have never discussed it with the SW consultant

As I said yesterday I've lost a stone so far, ideally I'd like to (and could do with!) losing another 1 - 1 1/2 although I would be happy with 1 , any more would be a bonus. My first half stone came off really quickly, the other half was like watching paint dry. Do you have any tips for getting it shifted quicker. If I could I'd like to lose a few more pounds before I go away next week, then putting a few on while I'm away won't feel so bad. BTW -
I went to the physio today and she is allowing me to start back to the gym - gradually - so hopefully I will be able to fit that in after I get home from my hols.
