Jeni, you're right but the recipe I'm looking at doesn't have the lemon curd as ingredients as you can make it without. So without lemon curd it is 1/2 syn on green and with lemon curd about 2 syns on green.

Hope that clarifies things and sorry for the confusion :o

    That'd make sense! :)

    Morning all,

Great day on Sun - was so good - that'll make up for the wine last night!!!! Have decided to use flexible Syns so that I carry straight on. Off to see family for a week on Thurs. My Mum is providing SW friendly meals but we have 3 days in a hotel with MIL. I shall take red days and have decided to treat it as a challenge to try to stick to the plan - although I may increase the Syns a bit.

Have a great holiday, everyone who's going. We're going to France in August - first ever holiday with the kids that doesn't involve visiting relatives - so I am determined to shift some weight by then. Won't have lost all of it but 2 or 3 stone would make a huge difference.

Well done JenIttels on coping with the lunch - hope I'm as successful while I'm away!!!

Has anyone had a flick through the SW curry feast book? I'm quite tempted by it as i struggle to find many curry recipes that translate well to the diet - and i'm not the most creative person in the kitchen!

I miss kormas alot, for example, and it be great to get a good low syn alternative.

I've made 3 so far - the chicken kaukswe with noodles (I made it on green with the right amount of chicken for Healthy extras), the Bombay green chicken curry (fed it to people at a dinner party - went down very well) and the keema with peas - also good.

Actually, dh made the chicken kaukswe and he doesn't cook a lot - but I was ill - and he found the recipe easy to follow as well.

    Hope this helps :D

Well, I lost 2.5lbs this week and got my 1.5 stone award so even though I haven't quite reached my target (although still 4 days to go until my hols) I'm quite happy with that.
I'm going to be reasonably good on holiday and when I get back would still like to lose 7lbs (obviously depending on how much I've gained on my hols) but for now I'm happy to put that bikini on!

    Watch out Tenerife!

Off to have my breakfast now...

Hi everyone! It has been a week now since I last weighed myself so may have to do a weighin tonight and see how I have done! I am a bit nervous tho as I have been trying hard but have been making things up as I go along so not really sure if I am doing things right?? Am eating lots of cottage cheese and quorn sausages I know that much!!

I am cooking a special dinner for this evening so have suggested that I make a home made lasagne.... Does anyone make the 'free' veggie one? I think I may make that for myself and a big greedy meat one for the clan!! :j

Well done everyone, you are all doing so well, its great to hear I am not the only one in this boat!! :D

The special offer at SW at the mo is half price membership (valid until the end of May)
so basically your first week will cost £9.25 and then £4.25 a week after that.
