I think you can have 2 slices of wholemeal bread from a 400g loaf

Just to let you all know that Nimble bread has changed and you can now only have 2 slices as a HB instead of 3!!!

Flip, its a good job you told me that. We were talking about it last night at class, and how you could have a triple decker sarnie - I called into Tesco on the way home and bought a loaf!

Well I lost the 3lbs this week that the scales (supposedly) said I had put on last week. I didn't do or eat anything different hence my asking C31 if they had their scales calibrated regularly.
My home scales always weigh me 3lb light than SW scales but last week the SW scales weighed me 6lb heavier than my home ones.
Another girl in the class also noticed this!!!!
Therefore I think I actually stayed the same!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Pixie, I'm going to have my input now. SW I have found is the very best I have evr tried and succeeded and still succeeding. Easy to follow, easy to stick to and I'm NEVER hungry. I must admit I have never treid WW but I can honestly say that I will never be overweight again on SW.
Good luck ojn your decision making
    Take care

I agree with Cheekymole - (cos I'm scared of her :rotfl: )

No Seriously, I do agree. SW is by far the easiest, most straight forward way of dieting that I have followed (and trust me, I have tried them all). Its easy to follow, you can pretty much have a bit of whatever you want - chocolate, crisps, wine/beer included - as long as you account for them - and you can still lose weight. I have recommended it to so many people - week after week the amount of weight that our class lose amazes me. I never knew the weight losses to be so big at any other group I went to. Why not buy the magazine as there is a 7 day planner. Follow it and see how you go - if only for a week

Well done everyone on their losses.
I stayed the same this week - i know where i went wrong, and am glad i stayed the same and didn't put on. Too much alcohol and not counting syns, oh and a take away or two!!! :o
Think the only reason i didn't gain was because we have been doing quite a bit of exercise recently.
I would like to lose 7lbs this month too, so count me in on the goal for the month.
Green day today - HM pasta sauce and linguini - my favourite (not sure how it's spelt though :D )
    Have a good week everyone

I like the thought of this target for the month. I had a Weigh in yesterday - do I count this in or start from today. I would like to lose 7lb by the end of the month, excluding the 2.5 I lost yesterday.

Good Idea DellyBelly - glad work went ok yesterday!

Hi Honey - yesterday was within this month so in my opinion you should count it towards this month's goal.
