    Hi all

I rejoined SW last night weighing in at 12stone 5.5lbs. I joined 2 yrs ago and lost almost 2 stone and have slowly put it all back on over the 2 years :( I'm hoping to join you all on a regular basis and feeling pretty positive about it. Last time I lost weight with SW I went to a hypnotherapist first and then had colonic irrigation  Might try the colonic again......lol

I will be good.....I WILL be good.....I WILL BE good......I WILL BE GOOD!

Okay, four weeks today since DH and I started the Slimming World plan, and it's time to report!

We've both been really good, sticking to the plan everyday (all Green) and averaging between 5-10 syns each day. I got the tape measure out today, and I've lost half a centimetre all over, and more off my bust (typical!). DH has lost loads - 9cm off his chest and 4cm off his waist (his trouble spot)! He's being all nonchalant, but I can tell he's really chuffed. :D

Someone said earlier in the thread that their shopping bills went up when they started SW - I found this at first, but I attributed it to my getting used to the diet and new ways of cooking. I did a shop today and it's back down to my usual level - and perhaps even lower! I wonder what everyone else's experience with this is?

Well Done Bluemoon and Bluemoons OH - you must be well pleased with yourselves.
Petal - you sound like you are motivated this time - good luck with it - be sure to come on here and keep us informed on how you are getting on and join in the fun!

Benjacksmum - Mug shots are with the cupa soups in tesco, probably similar in Sainsbury's. They are a cross between a pot noodle in a cup and a cupa soup. They are yummy. Not all are free so check them out - the noddle ones are all free AFAIK. The spicy sweet n sour one is fab - really handy for a quick lunch time snack.

Hi all - I've made a couple of amendments to the 2 pound weight loss spreadsheet: click here

Welcome back Astonsmummy - MILs do have their uses! Setbacks are just that, setbacks, and the best thing to do with them is put them behind you and move on. It's easy to say, but I know from experience that sometimes you just think oh heck what's the point, I've blown it now, so I may as well have that cream cake/bar of chocolate/big mac and fries/whatever I'm feeling deprived of... or in some cases all of them!!! But whatever the damage, what goes on, can come off too :)

Can I ask all the 2 pound weight loss members to send me an email with their results for the next 2 weeks please? I'm going on holiday on Monday, so I'll post the latest results on Monday morning before I go, then I'll do my best to get all the updates recorded and posted for the following Monday when I come back - thinking about it, I may leave it until Tuesday.

I'll try and log in and keep up to date while I'm away, too. I'm off to Ireland so keep your fingers crossed for good weather for me please!

:j Well I can hold my head high this week I lost 3.5lb and achieved my Club 10 at last. All the walking and the treadmill have worked along with keeping the wine intake down:cool:

Inspired to keep on with the plan although I have a week in Greece coming up, at least my holiday clothes are 2 sizes smaller than last years...:j

Where abouts are you off to - its lovely up North and the weather is set to last ;) Have a good trip

Congrats to Jennitells & Nearlyrich :T

Nicnacnoo - at least you know where you went wrong and can rectify it this week. Have a good week. Do you find red days are more beneficial. In my whole SW time I have only done about 3 red days and never felt as full as I do on Green. Yday tho I tried it, made the spicy chicken bake from the magazine. It was lovely, although I got a bit carried away with the chilli and ended up looking like this  :rotfl:
