TiredMum, sending you hugs.
Ruth, hugs to you also.
Haribo, I've just gone back and read about your exploits yesterday
Not too much OS going on here, although I did bake a lovely Cappuchino Cake
How do I persuade Miss Twit that squeezing herself into a smaller size skirt and top than she really is
isn't the most flattering of looksOfficial DFW Nerd Club - Member no: 203.0 -

You know the rules - no mentioning of delicious cake without a link to the recipe
Tired mum - hope you are all OK.

OK Penny, Cappuchino Cake
Thanks to Lucifa from DFW chat who I think linked it originally.
Must mention that it was a really easy cake to make, but I used 3 heaped tsps of Nescafe to make up the amount of coffee required.
If making again, I would use more coffeeOfficial DFW Nerd Club - Member no: 203.0 -
Tired Mum.. Don't know what to say really but I'm sorry you're all going through this. Take care of yourselves. xxx
Sorry to hear your sad news Ruth. xxx
Pooky. Happy Birthday Honey :beer::beer: Sorry I didn't realise it was today.
Whatatwit... Tell miss Twit that boys don't like it if they can make out your intestines in an outfit.
Glad you have a great time Penny.
Pink... I'd go for the "he doesn't know what to make of you" theory.I've known you for 35 years and I'm still not sure I do.
Very warm day again here. Apparently yesterday we were the warmest place in the UK.
Sports day was fun and I treated the girls to a Thorntons ice cream down the pier afterwards. Tried to spot the pod of dolphins that has been here all week but no luck.
BBQed chicken slad for tea and a walk along the seafront in the sun afterwards. Need to put some laundry away and then an early night.

Ruth, just wanted to send (hugs) on your sad news.
Tired mum, I don't have any suggestions I'm afraid, but (hugs) to you too. Try not to worry too much, although I realise that's very hard.
pooky, :beer:Happy Birthday!!
Pink, love your "discouragement" technique :rotfl:
Haribo, it's the milkman you *flash* for a price reduction, not the petrol station attendant:D
Welcome back Penny Penguin, sounds like you had a lovely holiday
Not too much OS here today. DH and I treated ourselves to a WiiIt took a while getting it set up, then we had to play to test it didn't we? So dinner of lamb chops, new pots, carrots and home grown spinach (:D:D) was enjoyed just after 9 tonight :rotfl: Best go wash the dirty dishes now, that's the downside.
Just had to edit to say that while I continued to be * very busy* looking round OS, DH has done the dishesI shall remember this technique another time:rotfl:
