** Daily Chat - Thursday 25th June**

Morning All

Been awake since before 6am when Bea decided it was time to get up! Am so tired I could sleep for a week but am doing some extra hours at work tomorow and then again Saturday. Sunday I am going to get a lie in and lazy H can get out of bed for a change.

I am trying to summon the energy to get up and go for a run, play with gertie garmin but still not 100%

Then don't sammy..if you don't feel 100% there is no point really, although it might make you feel better? I haven't been since Sundays run and I have been so tired, achy etc I just haven't bothered. Back to it at the weekend if I can summon the energy too. What model garmin did you get, 405?

I have actually got my running gear on but I think I will just go out a bit later when I have actually eaten some proper food, didn't really have a lot yesterday and still feel quite dehydrated. I might go and get myself some diarolyte......

I got the 405. Quite useful really, I now also have a watch, not had one before! I downloaded a 12 week half marathon training programme from runners world on to it last night. Managed to turn it on and everything :rotfl:

Don't do it Sammy :eek: get a cup of coffee / tea, sit in the garden & enjoy the early morning sunshine

Inky I LOVE my allotment but its very time consuming at the moment still trying to clear it whilst keeping on top of everything ive already planted. Next year I will be far more organised!

Sammy have a good breakfast to get some much needed energy and then go later. I might venture out later tonight but I also seriously need to get some bits on ebay to make some money to pay the bills next month.

Got a day away from work today, out in a minibus taking a group of children to a footie tournament. I love my job :T
