Maybe start something yourself, window cleaning or something. Anything is better than feeling so low that you want to end your life.....
Ok you have a family so you need to earn but can you really earn much less than 13k by window cleaning or mowing lawns?? At least you will be outside.
If all else fails pack up leave and get away from where you are now. Life is too precious, if you feel like you are wasting it walk out of job and do what you want to do. Have faith0
