How many times? The fan is quite adequate.

*Please note that ceiling fans are a standard feature in our rooms for guests preferring an alternative to air-conditioning.

    Take a look.

Though, if you want air con.:

Each room is equipped with one air-conditioning unit, however, usage of this air conditioning unit is charged separately from the room cost.

You can buy prepaid air-conditioning credit units in sets of either 12-hours or 24-hours either when booking your room online or at the Front Desk upon check-in.

Prepaid air-conditioning units are programmed into room key cards, deducted while in use and can be split up over the entire period of stay. For e.g. should you purchase 12-hours for use over a 2 night stay, if you only use 6 hours on the 1st night of your stay, you have a balance of 6 hours for use on the 2nd night of your stay.
Thanks for your idea. also on tripadvisor no all reviews are exceptional.maybe I need to find a different one

Don't expect too much for your money. :)http://www.kl-hotels.com/hotels/price.htm

I stayed in the area as a backpacker ten years ago. Had no problems at all. Though parts of the area turned into a bit of a red light district at night. Didn't bother me, all part of travelling.

In fact I took a good walk around at night and didn't feel at all threatened. Might have changed since then.

There are flights from U-Tapao(for Pattaya) to Samui and Phuket. So they can always leave if they want to do so.

Different horses for courses though. There are some ok places to visit away from Pattaya itself.

Yes there are nice places in Thailand but it really will depend on their budget whether they can afford to travel around if they dont like it.
Agree some people love it but I'm afraid I'm not one of the.

I meant in the region of Pattaya. It's still possible to find nice places. I would recommend hiring a car or a motorbike if proficient.

Be a good 30 mins walk to the Towers. Hop on the LRT to Klcc only 1.60myr one way or as you are next to the bus station a bus should cost to 2myr return from there.
