what can i do with left over egg yolks?!?

    Anyone got any idea's what i can do with loads of egg yolks??

    My new diet plan has come though from my nutritionist and she's got my on egg whites, ugh... it seems terribly wasteful to throw away all those yolks.

    Anyone got any idea something i can make for the husband or kids??

    Omelette or cake :confused: I use 2 egg yolks and one egg in place of 2 eggs in a cake recipe :D

    My daughter's BF has just made a meringue cake so I have 5 egg yolks to use up and no idea what to do with them!
    Any suggestions very gratefully received!

    I use egg yolks to make carbonara - recipe on cook yourself thin website!
    I have had many Light Bulb Moments. The trouble is someone keeps turning the bulb off :o

    I use them to make spaghetti carbonara the next day. There's an earlier thread with lots more ideas that should help so I've added your thread to it to keep the suggestions together.

    Hi am looking for suggestions on how I can use up egg yolks as at the moment due to diet I've been eating a lot of egg white omlettes and the yolks are going to waste which I loathe , however I cannot think of what to do with them. what ever I do make tho will be for the kids also so will have to be cooked , anyone have any suggestions please x
