I have 2 left over from a recipe. The old me would chuck them but I would like to do something with them, was thinking custard/egg dessert type thing.Any ideas? I am a novice BTW.

:D what about making a nice rich custard (much better without egg whites) layer it between bread and butter, throw in some sultanas, sprinkle with brown sugar and bake...................delicious brad and butter pudding, yummy

Sweet shortcrust pastry cases-you can freeze them and they are nice filled with soft fruit.

You can use them instead of one whole egg in any biscuit recipe. Or you could add another egg and make a quiche.
