Through no fault of my own I've lost some/all of my cashbackGambler wrote:I've received my new phone today together with three vouchers.
I have a 9 months free rental deal.
There are no details though of when to claim. The notes to say check redemption details on the sales invoice but the invoice just says 9 months free.
The vouchers say to attach to relevant phone bill as specified in welcome pack but again i can't see anything.
I am presuming it's 4,8 and 12 months from the date of connection and to send a copy od the most recent bill at that time.
But do i need to get anything in writing first to confirm this?
Thanks
When my last bill arived, it was the one required to claim the cashback (received it approx 20th Sept) - posted it off with vouchers etc - they emailed me to say that I had sent it EARLY!!! Its hould be with them on the 26th of Sept, not 21st!
SO I said 'why not hold onto it for another 5 days???!
They didnt - returned them to on the 23rd - received by me on the 25th - and reposted the whole lot back to them the following day!!!
Its BIZARRE!
Basically, when you receive the bill to confirm you have been connected for 4 months, hold onto it until you have physically been connected for 120 days from connection date - then send it off to them.
Just l;earn to play them at their own game:)0 -

4th, 8th & 12th month is standard policy for OSPS - nothing required in writing, but its OBVIOUS that it is a sneaky policy to 'forget' to pop a welcome pack in the order, or omit the vouchers - after all, they need as many punters as possible to forget/fail to claimGambler wrote:I've received my new phone today together with three vouchers.
