Thats brill ddraig, you wont miss what you never had. I knocked 7 years off when I went to SVR. I was debating going to a tracker mortgage but I am a scaredy cat lol 4 years is great isnt it, whats you EMFD at the mo? Do you have a MF diary?

No I havent .Think i may start one.As it stands at the moment my EMFD will be April 2027.UUrrghh that sounds dreadful.197 payments left.She said as it stands about £165 pm goes off my capital.So do I take that as a month off everry time I manage to overpay that amount?
My bal is approx 36,800. So small next to some peoples but still hard to clear.I am having a play with a box of free ribbon my grandmother sent over through my mum.Made daughter a grip with a gorge bow.Need to get the back bit tidier before I can make them to sell.Also got to get a move on with my jewellery.Have enough stuff to make something decent.Hopefull will sell.So scary trying.Almost paralysed with the idea it wont sell.Think my fear is my own worst enemy.

Its nervewrecking when you start something new, good luck with it.
Wish I had your mortgage balance hun, you pay a third of what I pay each month.
There is a spreadsheet on here somewhere if you search and you can put your details in and it will work out your OPs and end date each time. My OPs has to be £500 at least before a month comes off my term

Pammy M&S have a good deal with a netbook comes in a nice pink and nice blue at £199 each if just for surfing the net and some spreadsheets etc certainly worth it although unsure how much you were going to pay for one between you kids?

I was looking about £150-£200, will have a look thanks. There is a refurb place near me that I keep meaning to go and have a look at, as its for the kids it doesnt matter that its refurb, they'll just do homework and surfing on it really.

Thats what drives me mad is knowing others can do it on much higher targets.Its just the unknown.Im going to take a deep breathe and just get on with it.Also im learning I tell hubby far too much.And he is a useless MSER,lol.If I tell him I find a bargain,he demands I make the balance up for gifts.If I hunt the bargain,surely it should be for our family benefit.The child or grownup in question is still getting a great present.
He is being ever so supportive with the jewellery and crafts though.Keep an eye out for my progress on fb xx

Don't tell him then. the people getting the present will never know. God, if they knew how much I paid for things I'd probably be embarrassed sometimes lol Can you OP the difference without him knowing? I know its not good to have lies and I am doing it on my own so no one else to bother about. Can you put the difference in a savings account or something?
Is this your forever home or will you be moving in the future?

This is the forever home.Im not moving with 4 kids worth of crap,lol.We have put an extention/conservatory on the back 6 months ago,because we knew we were staying.
He said he is happy with the direct debit staying same as mortgage payment we pay now.He wouldnt click that every £5 we save on a £10 gift budget could go on mortgage.Im glad you said dont tell him.I was already thinking on them lines,lol.
He turns his wage into the bank and tells me to get on with it most of the time.He knows im not flamboyant with it.Cant wait for April now.I doubt BoEBR will be as low as 0.5% then,but anything that means mine stays below what i pay now is great.

I was thinking of trying to extend into the loft but on watching something the other day apparently to use it as a room you need a proper staircase and it would probably cost about 20k (that i dont have!)

Well ebay has had a spurt this month and I have sold 27 signs already making a clear profit so far of £35 :T I dont know where they are all coming from. Might add my xmas signs on or is it too early??

Havent done any comps this week as I have had a bad head, dont feel 100% lately. I would love to feel normal for once. Shouldnt complain really, when there are others much worse off.

So sorry your not feeling well.Its the season for it.We will go down like flies now.Get them signs up.Xmas is round the corner.People have started and some nearly finished shopping on here,lol.
So busy getting back into the cashbacking ,no time for comps either.
