Had a whole day of not going on the computer at all. that is a first in a VERY long time. Took mum and sis bingo last night. Cost me in petrol but won a line which was only £10 but paid for my tickets. :)

Have applied for a halifax account but they have sent me a letter to say my name doesnt match and I have to go into a branch to confirm my name  This probably means I wont get the £50 sign up through the link on here. I am wondering whether to try again and make sure I put my full name as the only thing I can think of is that I put Pam instead of Pamela. grrr.

Have a kid free day til 6pm and I really should be doing housework as it looks like a firework has gone through it, seriously its that shocking! I am off tomorrow as well but I want to start wrapping xmas presents and seeing what I have actually got.

I wish I wasnt so lazy lol

  • Your not lazy Pammy. It is human nature to preserve yourself a little if you can, and i am sure you will do something today. You probably need a little rest. The day off the computer was probably great. I did that last night and watched a film with the cat on my knee rather than my knitting, and it was just what i needed.

Yes I will crack on with it soon as I need warming up.

Have just checked my emails and have come back online to 11 items sold on ebay. That was nice to come back to :D Need to get them sorted now.
Have £45 in paypal so have took out £20 as I need to get a printer cartridge.

Dyed my hair yesterday with my free john Frieda kit, it no looks a purply brown! I also look deformed as I have a horrible spot on my eyelid. I hate it, am so embarrassed, people stare dont they! Wish it would go away

Was good and tidied up the lounge and dining area, put away the clean dishes and refilled the dishwasher, done two loads of washing and folded the dry clothes up. So wasnt too lazy today.
Will do about an hours ironing later too for the week.

My aim tomorrow is to try and find an nhs dentist near me. My kids one hasnt any spaces and have never had any every time I go in. I really need to see a dentist, havent been for a couple of years. :o

I feel sick just thinking about it. I have been in contact with my childrens dentist and they have taken my full details and say they revisit the nhs list often so I have been put on their waiting list.
I have explained my fear and that I have had a few fillings fall out and I am suffering but we will see. I have an exempt cert but dont think it will cover all the work I need doing. I have vowed to myself that I want to get my teeth sorted as I have lived with it for so long and I need to get over my phobia.

Right I have wrapped DDs xmas pressies and just about to start on DSs. I think they only need a couple more each and I am getting them a netbook between them when I see a good enough deal and thats them done.
I need to get bout 5 more adult pressies and I'm done. :)

I also need to get 14 ebay items done, mostly my signs so not too long.

Then there is PTA after school today, then kids have swimming, then we desperately need to go shopping for fruit and veg (sigh)

Your on a mission Pam xGood luck.My missions always get knockedd way off track.
Want to thank you for having this thread.Just phoned Santander as my mortgage goes on the tracker rate in April.May sound way too early but they offer a deal upto 5 months before your deal ends.Anyhow.Finally asked them all the questions I never do.And it looks like I will track 0.99% above BoEBR. At the mo that would mean my payments would go down to 210 a month. From 279ish.I asked if I could keep my DD the same and overpay without any early settlement figures at the end of the mortgage term.I can and could knock 4 years off without finding extra money.
Cant believe it.Cant wait now.Hope interest rates stay lower than my current rate.At 5.34 now I think I will still get to overpay something.
