Using in store used to be a swear word on the tesco thread lol, tut tut.
I have just been looking at part resorts and maybe going to Devon for a week last week of August next year. I usually go away out of school time but if I go in the hols that will save me childcare or using extra holiday at work :)
    I am so undecided.
Guaranteed sunshine, all inclusive but the hassle of travel, have to pay at least an extra £500
or chance of sunshine and guaranteed english, lovely beach, travel at my own pace but still have to cook and pay for food and fun things to do if the weather is carp. hmm decision

I know teh problem! Although if stying in England you could then use some of tehm on days out vouchers for Devon too...

typos galore - apologies! Broken laptop keys!

Oh rite of course lol, there is only 3 of us going this year so not too bad, Would be about £1200 for a week AI for us. I'm excited about the prospect when I thought it wasnt going to happen next year but then I am thinking Devon would be the better option money wise.

Listen to head or heart arrghhh

That is a bit too far for me to drive hun, although I would love to come and see the sites there, dont think the kids would be very enthusiastic! I might take my mum on a long weekend in the future but even then she cant walk very far grrrr.

I have been looking through park resorts and Kessingland Beach in Southwold looks nice and only a couple of hours away. A gold caravan for the last week of August is £540 which would leave me with £80 for days out but if I order them now they will run out of date before we go as they only last 6 months, if I order them later it will only be £60 but still towards a day out I suppose.

My vote is for the sun. Last time I holidayed in this country it was freezing. No way I would chance it - if the weather is cr*p I'd sooner be in the comfort of my own home. If the weather is bad you can end up spending a fortune anyway.

    Sorry :(

Well I have let my head rule and I have ordered Park Resort vouchers £470 for a silver caravan 8 berth. Might see if my sister wants to come and my other sister might bring my mum over one day as mums friend lives in Yarmouth.

leaves me £154 left for days out over the next 6 months or other things I might have a look at later.

    Its done, decision made.
