Hi Pam
Well done on your 1st anniversary! You've done so well. Also wanted to give you big hugs re DS1 xx0 -
Just had a thought , and wanted to make sure you know, you have to pay £20 each (even kiddies) :eek:to enter Turkey at the airport Total rip- off . we should do that in this country , it could go towards the NHSSew it, knit it, glue it, reuse it , don't buy it0

I thought it was only £10, I have been told £10 by a few people.
I have done my to do list now and printed off my holiday packing list
Have reviewed 2 dooyoos and rated quite a few back. Am still 15500 off a cheque and doubt I will reach that before I go away unless I do another 10 reviews (which is possible I suppose)MPs left feb '08 276- Dec 13 36 :T MB Jan 10 ~ £82,377 Dec 13 ~ £29987

Hi pammy,
Just been catching up with your thread as I haven't been on here for a while. Well done on your overpayments. I know what you mean about the last week before holiday, it doesn't matter how organised I am etc, I can't stop wondering if I have forgotton something. I never properly relax until I get there! However I am sure you will have a fantastic time.

I know, this week is going to be stressful making sure I have everything. I sorted out the kids clothes today and they are all ready to be ironed, which I will do all through the week. My DD has so many clothes it was difficult for her to decide. DS2 on the other didnt care one bit and that is a typical man!!
I realised tonight that my suitcase on top of my wardrobe has some xmas pressies unwrapped in there and I have to sneakily take them out and put them somewhere else!
I think i need to get DD a new swimsuit although she keeps asking for a bikini., i think a tankini is a compromise!
might have a look on ebay for a cheap new one.MPs left feb '08 276- Dec 13 36 :T MB Jan 10 ~ £82,377 Dec 13 ~ £29987

Hope you have a fab holiday, pammy!!
My DD (12 1/2) has a tankini as a compromise (I might have to give in next year) SHe had her first one at 8/9 - and I bought the next size up so the top was longer and it still joined!! Tesco/ matalan/ sainsbugs have them in cheaply - probably the same as ebay with p&PI am the master of my fate; I am the captain of my soulRepaid mtge early (orig 11/25) 01/09 £124616 01/11 £89873 01/13 £52546 01/15 £12133 07/15 £NILNet sales 2024: £200 -
OMG she saw this bikini in matalan tonight and put it on over her top. Right there and then I said NO WAY and she went off in a strop lol
got my holiday money today and glad I waited a bit longer as it went up slightly.
Thinking about putting DD forward for joining our local swimming club but it would be a lot of commitment on both our parts to go to meetings and trials etc plus extra money but she is really good at it and it would keep her going at it. I think I might wait a couple of months until she is more confident in this group.
money making today has only been a BP £5, havent had one of those for a few weeks! and 25p from Onepoll woohoo!MPs left feb '08 276- Dec 13 36 :T MB Jan 10 ~ £82,377 Dec 13 ~ £29987

Sorry been MIO lately. Am so tired and the week before hols is always stressful for me.
Will try and do my month end update tomorrow. At least next month is a 5 week payday for me so essentially an extra pay day for me which is needed as I have gone way over budget this month and need to catch up lol.
hope everyone is ok and sorry I havent had time to read everyones threadsI have had about an average of 5-6 hours sleep a night this week, down to the heat I think and having the window open. Why do people have to go to work at 4.30???

Not long now, I think you need a holiday after weeks of getting ready !
My DD is 13 next week and she has the tiniest bikinis, but only wears them in the garden, otherwise she wears tankinis. I hope you all have a fantastic break, you have definatly earned it with all the hard work you have put in trying to get MF, have a great time :beer:MFW 67 - Finally mortgage free! 💙😁0 -
Have Op'd £200 to start me off this month. Have £50 from quidco and a focus group tomorrow.

Me and kids are doing 'come dine with me' this week, It was my turn tonight and we all did role play lol. DS2s turn tomorrow and then DDs. I have to set up the camera in my room lol so they can mark my night haha. DD is loving it.
