Thank you all, its great to post achievements on here :D Cant believe I have knocked a year off already this year.

Forgot to say I went to see Caroline73s new house yesterday. Its really lovely and loads of rooms and space. She is very lucky. Amazingly my daughter has been in the house before they ever did as her friend used to live there and she went there for a party. It was great to catch up.

I'm always amazed by your updates, you are definitively top of the class, you should go and sort out the USA for a very large fee

I would pop in the bank and ask about the difference, maybe they haven't caught up with a payment

    Keep posting :)

And then they will be jealous and say 'you got it easy, while we have to struggle' grrr Its better to not let people know. I cant wait to shout it from the rooftops on here but not to people in person! I'll just enjoy my holidays :D

Totally agree - when I hear people talking about taking mortgage holidays etc I find it painful :o I just want to tell then "stop!". Pammy does an amazing job of achieving so much and I am sure that your kids will be grateful that you taught them such prudence, Pammy, when they are grown up and living within their means instead of getting into terrible debt.

RL people will be jealous but they won't realise the journey you made to reach being MF. However, we will all sit back in admiration.

A few years of hard graft for the rest of my life to enjoy - thats how I see it. Of course the thousands of pounds saved in interest is an added bonus!

Right I have a long list of things to do today. If I put them on here there is no hiding away from it (although it might take me a week to finish them all!)

    [STRIKE]* Clean out Gpig cage[/STRIKE]
[STRIKE]* take kids to tennis court for reward[/STRIKE] done and now shattered lol
    [STRIKE]* Clean kitchen[/strike]
    [STRIKE]* Clean bathroom[/STRIKE]
[STRIKE]* Do 18 ebay items (from over wkd) and post[/STRIKE] and an extra 3
    * Change toilet seat (been meaning to do it for weeks!)
    * Sew DDs new top straps so it fits her
[STRIKE]* Sew DSs cubs badges (also been on side for 2 weeks :o)[/strike]
    * Cut grass and attack the jungle (not neccessarily today but needs to be on the list) - did some of it and cut back a huge bush thas has filled my brown bin
    * weed and sort out (cut back and dehead) front garden plants
    * Sort out clean washing piles that have accumilated in my room
    * Iron clothes for week
    [STRIKE]* change beds[/STRIKE]

That will do for now I think although I am sure I have missed something off and I will prob only get a qtr done today
