    http://www.whatmortgage.co.uk/calculators/fleximortgage.html

Just looked here and have bookmarked this for future use as it shows you more about the years and interest you are saving which is what I was looking for to give me inspiration :D

    So...

I am hoping to have £82400 at the end of feb, this is if can OP £200 in Jan and Feb :o the svr will be 3.5% (obviously it wont be that low forever sadly :(

    If I keep the term - 20 years -

    Monthly payment - £477.89 total payment - £114692.83

    OP £150 payment - £627.89 total payment - £104023.13

so OPs save me £10669.70 and I would end in 13 years 8 months

    OP £250 payment £727.89 total payment - £100156.32

saving £14536.51 and ending in 11 years 5 months :D

woohoo just realised I had post and it was the letter from dvla for the tax disc I sent back a few weeks ago, was expecting £20 but got £31.
Sold something on ebay for £26 so about £22 profit there.
deposited £10 on tombola to platy the free daily game and thought I may as well play as they gave me £5 bonus as well and ended up (eventually) winning a line of £30 :D so withdrew £35 leaving £5 in

Also got to £12 from free scratchy on littlewoods as won £5 yesterday.
AND won 15 free spins on jackpotjoy and won £8 from them and withdrew £15 from here too :D

So all in all over the last few days am in profit £105 :D :T :j

DD had a really good cream from the chemist when she had a nasty rash, worked nicely on chicken pox as well, can't remember the name of it, but think it started "eu".

DD's at school today, nice and happy and practicing to be an angel for the church service on Friday :)

Hope your DD gets better soon.

Just looked at my mortgage SS and it shows that I need to pay £729 OPs in the next 2 OPs to make a target of £82k for the fixed rate ending end of feb (2 payments)
I can possibly OP £400 this month which will leave £329 the following month (or do it half and half £365)
    wish me luck :o
