Hypno - you've made me cry

    But a good cry....

And I've found the thread - I don't have time to read just now but as the office has the first official case of swine flu I can only presume that I'll have time to catch up over the next couple of weeks.

    And thanks

Since I'm feeling self righteous as have completed most of today's tasks, I'll have a go for tomorrow

    MSE

Daily stuff - spreadsheets, pigsback etc -Done
    Another NSD -failed miserably
Finish emptying pots & compost from Mum's greenhouse - means I don't have to but any for the next 10 years or thereabouts -too much rain

    Non MSE

Meeting estate agt @ Mum's to see about sale -Done
Investigate to find out Mum's council tax band for Home Report -sorted
Gardening - once back from Mum's -raining but...

And that's it at the moment folks

Kind of boring I know but this keeps me on the straight and narrow.

And I have a wee question for you folks in diaryland

I keep hearing about washing soda for washing clothes - is it kind of half & half with soap powder? I also have soap nuts - can I use washing soda with them? Would be great to know .... Thanks guys

I use soda crystals about 50/50 with my washing powder, but have not tried soapnuts so I couldn't advise on that!

And I am sorry I made you cry......didn't mean to :o:kisses3:

OK - failed on today's tasks but I have replied to a difficult e-mail from one of Mum's friends & I have scanned & forwarded stuff to the estate agt for the sale of the house - this gets me ahead for tomorrow (& these will NOT got on the list - that would be cheating) - and I've put petrol in the car so I can drive straight to the motorway & hopefully aim for a NSD tomorrow.

You're doing great, so don't worry about missing a few of today's tasks, it's not easy strangers coming to look at your mum's house. Keep up the good work. Still loving your lists. Still not started mine yet!

    Thanks Primula

I'm not brave enough to do the viewings & the estate agt is very understanding (Iknow they have a reputation but we all have a job to do & he's making mine easier so good on him)

I'm sitting looking at the garden & planning what to do in it next - does that count as gardening?

With my Dad's house, I handed over the key to the agent and just let them get on with it......I didn't want to do viewings myself, and I worked on the basis that the estate agent was charging a fee, so he could jolly well earn it!!

Thanks Hypno - they've got the keys now so they will earn their pennies but as the lawyer has also found out - I ask questions, & lots of them. It's just something I do :o
