Does it really matter what colour the tanks are? as they afterall are going in the ground as its designed for. In all honestly Black is better as it stops UV making the water go stale.
If you missing parts, why don't you lot talk to the supplier(s) and B&Q and you will get some answers???It's hard to find the balance when you are love.
You're lost in the middle cause you have to decide between mind & heart.

madness giving up a court claim for the promise of a tank that isnt complete. reject the tank (as the law says you can) and continue the claim. write to judge and explain not acceptable. If anyone is considering accepting one, and would like a reason, print off the last 2 pages of the forum and include in your evidence.0

Ok so the colour is not a big deal, I accept that, but the fact that they are not what we ordered in all other respects is a big deal.
I have measured the tanks and they are 1.5m in diameter (as they should be) but only 0.56m in height. So, if my maths is correct, a perfect cylinder of these dimensions would give a capacity of approx 990 Litres. Now given that these tanks are far from a perfect cylinder I would estimate that the capacity is more like 750 Litres. I am not accepting that, let alone the fact that there is no pump, filter or diverter. I have written to the Bond Pearce chap and he is investigating.0 -

I'll see if I can measure the capacity of mine tomorrow.
I arrived home this evening to find a package that had been left.
It contains two Clarke Hippo submersible pumps. Not quite the integrated solution I was looking for.
I haven't, as yet, had a chance to compare the functionality with what I originally ordered.
Nobody from B&Q has yet been in touch to ask for any money.0 -
Pictures of tanks please.. Can we confirm what happens if they break the order of consent? Can people who haven't had theirs yet put a caveat in that if not delivered/suitable they get the monies to purchase independantly?0

I would post a picture, but I can't figure out how to do it !0
