Don't think a Judge would look to kindly on B&Q for compounding their incompetence with what looks like deceiving their customers with a promise to fufil the original contract with a cheaper product.

I think a Judge would feel B&Q where waisting the courts time and would almost certainly rule against them.

Would seem that people have got the cheapie rather than the full kit. I would reccommend if people haven't signed their consent orders they ammend it to ensure that it's a comparable product.
