    I don't see it as trying to discredit someone at all ...the point in question was the one about using what people post on the net as evidence in a court of law ;)
    Using a posting by the B&Q lawyer portraying herself as a lazy drunk would be an excellent example of irrelevent statements !

    Exactly right, though to be honest I would be very surprised if BP used quotes from a forum in court, they would be a laughing stock - a bit like myself. ;)

    Bit of Fun and banter is fine but If your not careful this thread could get out of hand, it is B&Q who are the defendant not Claire Frampton, at the end of the day she is trying to do her job and as we all know she is probably under instructions from people on high, on what to say and do!!!
