What a shame these aren't already in the ground - it's pouring here, has been all night. 2200 litres of lost "stock" down the drain.

of course, if one wishes to be pedantic, given there is a possible water rate cut if you store waste water, we could add the impact of damages to the claim.

If anyone has had an email/letter since 08/07/09 from B&Q stating they have no stock of these Argonauts, can you please reply below.

I have a letter dated 10th July but no mention of the stock. Just re-itterating from the 24th June one that they cannot fulfill the order. What's my next step? MCO?

    Thanks

For the record, has anyone actually received one of these tanks??
Strange conversation with T/S who think as they (B&Q) have put the situation back to square one I should accept it, even though they agree I may have a claim for "loss of bargain".
If it was that easy to break a contract there would be no need for courts or indeed T&C's wouldn't be necessary - it would be so simple.
I personally would have preferred to negotiate to reach a settlement, and I had a low figure in mind to be honest, though I would much rather have had the "offer" or similar. Alas, they didn't want to play, so it will be decided by a judge one way or other - unless of course they plan to settle at the last minute.
