I have 1 pair of work trousers, 2 pairs of combat pants, 2 pairs of linen trousers, 1 pair of cropped jeans and a floaty knee length skirt. Don't have any maternity tops,Im just wearing normal vest tops that are quite long, but I have 2 bump bands to wear with shorter tops.

I found out today that if you get more than 20 days holiday you might not be entitled to Bank Holidays but I am going to look into this as I thought you couldn't lose annual leave.

I get 30 days holiday PLUS 8 bank holidays - the law says you have to be given a minimum of 20 days PLUS bank holidays so for me 28 days rather than 38 days.

I'll find out though and let you know. xx

Oh, TBH I doubt my company know what I am entitled to, so if what you think is correct, I might just keep hush :shhh: - I get 25 days BTW.

so I got home to the 2 guys manically cleaning - they had done about 3 jobs on the list in the 20mins before I came home!

They were wiping the tops down in the kitchen, loading the dishwasher and putting the bin bag in the wheelie bin! Was quite comical as they obviously thought I'd be later home!

I then got them to mow the lawn after saying I was going to do it!

Helen - hope you LO gets better soon.

Tia - another sh1te day for you (hugs)

Yeah so you get 33 days then - 25 days plus the 8 bank holidays. Apparently it changed 1st April but I'm not convinced!

Congrats Charlie - we need more team pink! Blue team is kicking a$$

    Yeah Glam - 33 days.
I'm sure we are entitled to our contractural rights, and mine clearly states that I get 25 days + BHs. I still think I can swing it, hehe!

And the boys remind me of when I was a kid. Mum used to leave us lists to do whilst she was at work during the school hols. We would run round frantic in the 20 mins before she was due home.

I've just been playing with my German-English dictionary. Apparently what the hospital gave me the other night was ... valerian. They thought they'd stop my contractions with VALERIAN. After half an hour of observation, they gave me some actual medication. But. Valerian.

WHY can't they just hand over the damned drugs and not keep me there all night proving how natural remedies can't stop things like labour?

Valerian - god, I bought some of that when OH and I were struggling to get to sleep. How on earth is THAT supposed to stop labour?
