Oh my gosh, mornings come soooo early nowadays! DS woke up at 5am, but at least he didn't take everything out in his room this time. Progress.

Had horrible dreams last night about having to have Cub by CS now :( I guess it's getting near enough that my subconscious is working overtime!

I've added you and MM, SM. However, when I did a friend request for you, I forgot to put who I was on it!!
  • Morning everyone.

I had a horrid dream that I was shipping DS off to afghanistan to fight and was having to put him in his cammo gear and kiss him goodbye. He is 17mths old!!

Waiting today for the results of my blood tests to see how my liver is. Fingers crossed everything is OK!

    Morning all!!

Am being a lazy bum and am still in bed, although I did get up to get some cereal and some brekkie then come back to bed with both!!

I'm meeting a friend for lunch later, so need to get a few things done round the house first.

    List for today:
    1) Get up, shower and wash hair.
    2) Bake bread (machine is already on as I did it when I went to get my breakfast)
    3) Do a load of washing
    4) Trip to Tesco to get milk, sweets and print some more photos
    5) Book a boiler service (anyone know how much they should be? British Gas have an offer on for £59 at the moment, but not sure if that is expensive or not)
    6) Wrap birthday present for friend
    7) Water garden (need to do this ASAP before it gets too hot)
    8) Bake some form of cake using raspberries. I've got loads of raspberries in the fridge and they'll go over soon if I don't use them up.

Eeek, that's quite a lot to get done in 4 hours!!!
  • CS - we just paid £75 for our boiler to be done so yes that does sound good, as long as all in.

BTW, we went to see Derren Brown's new show, Enigma, on Monday night - there was a last min offer of 2-4-1 that came out in the afternoon. It was AMAZING! Can't say anything about it but def recommend. It was nice to be spontaneous too - not long left of that!!

Got my re-scan today - hope Cub is playing! Have arranged a coffee and cake session beforehand with a colleague so that should give her enough chemicals to get her moving heh heh

Morning ML - thanks for the info about the boiler. I'll give BG a call later then.

Have fun at your scan. Hope cub plays ball for you.

    Morning all,

My turn to stay at home today as the decorators are here for day 2. Think they spent most of the day sitting outside enjoying the sun on our brand new garden furniture yesterday though! They don't think they will do a full day today either which is a pain as we are taking full days off work, but I have the dentist later on too, so at least it means I can go out to that without leaving them here. Getting a filling, so not looking forward to that! But at least it's free!

Good luck with the scan ML. Welcome and congrats to the newbies from yesterday. I started making notes last night, but got confused after a while. Anyway, hugs/vibes to everyone who needs them.

SM - Your still up there on bejewelled, I had a quick go before I started work this morning but my head is all stuffy from hayfever and I can't get into it.

Today - I have come to work armed with information. I am going to get this budget done! Unless, I actually get given some real work, cos I'll have to do that - that is what they pay me for I suppose

ML - hope cub co-operates at the scan later!
