Glam i always sleep on my back granted im propped by about 6 pillows but its the only way i can get comfy i did with the last two as well are we not meant to or something ?
It was something about the baby putting pressure on a major artery but hell, they must have slept on their backs years ago so don't think it can be that bad!
I have a pillow which I 'cuddle' under my bump and between my legs. Generally I lie on my side but do occasionally roll!A very busy Yummy Mummy to a 1 year old gorgeous boy :smileyhea

They've been playing footy in the garden and kicked it over next door - I went nuts they are 23 and 26 how pathetic does that look! Then went to play on the playstation and are now watching the Rugby!

My MW said that it is OK to be on your back if you use a pillow under your right hip.
I read something today about how it might not be true that being on your back is bad, but of course I can't remember where I read it!
I'm sure it's OK occasionally and if you roll that way you can't really help it.:cool: DFW Nerd Club member 023...DFD 9.2.2007 :cool::heartpuls married 21 6 08 :A Angel babies' birth dates 3.10.08 * 4.3.11 * 11.11.11 * 17.3.12 * 2.7.12 :heart2: My live baby's birth date 22 7 09 :heart2: I'm due another baby at the end of July 2014! :j

Hi everyone, been away down in Cornwall from Friday to Monday so off to have a go at catching up in a min!!
Just a quick update from me to say we had our 20 wk scan this afternoon, all fine, they are 90% sure its a boy so it seems my instincts were totally incorrect, lol!! The scan did show my placenta is low lying so I have to have another scan later on in the pregnancy to check if it has moved or not. Otherwise all good, yay!!
Also picked up the moses basket and stand that we bought from ebay on the way home, she threw in a few other bits and pieces too including a baby bath which was kind of her.
Hope you are all well xxBaby Toby born 17th Nov 09 :j0 -
Yay fattybooboo!
I'm sure the placenta will move - there is plenty of time for it to and I'm sure i read that most of them do move away from the cervix by full-term.
your eBay lady sounds lovely! Lucky you!:cool: DFW Nerd Club member 023...DFD 9.2.2007 :cool::heartpuls married 21 6 08 :A Angel babies' birth dates 3.10.08 * 4.3.11 * 11.11.11 * 17.3.12 * 2.7.12 :heart2: My live baby's birth date 22 7 09 :heart2: I'm due another baby at the end of July 2014! :j

Typical, I sleep on my left with pillow underneath so if I am on my back then it's my left hip that gets propped up!
OH sleeps on my right so might moan about a pillow but will see what I can do.
Nothing wakes me up so if I roll on my back, I roll on my back! OH would need to physically move me back and pretty soon that will mean the need for a crane!A very busy Yummy Mummy to a 1 year old gorgeous boy :smileyhea
