Hi girlies!
Didn't manage to make it back on last night as hubby came home at 8:30 instead of 10, so thought I'd better spend a bit of quality time with him. OH was pleased as it was SM's and MM's kind of "quality time"
I've been awake since 6:30 this morning and so far have put a load of washing in the machine (well, DH did, I just switched the machine on!) and nothing else. Hubby has now gone to work, so I've climbed back into bed with a raspberry and banana smoothy to catch up here.
Off to read last night's posts now...

Oooh, I've managed to catch up before anyone else has posted :j
Helen - gorgeous scan pics. Have you started picking names yet?
MM - it sounds like you had a lovely day yesterday, and fingers crossed that you will get cuddles with Dylan before the end of the week!!! Hope Jasmine feels better soon too.
Tia - loving the "foof bogies" (not actually loving your foof bogies - I mean I'm loving the term!!!). I'm getting those a bit now (mine sound like Glam's) and - TMI alert - I'm quite wet down there too. I'm a bit worried about having a sweep to be honest (if one is necessary, I think it'll be two weeks today), as the MW's fingers might drown. I guess they're used to things like that though....aren't they?!?!
KamperKat - welcome to the thread. Hope your booking in appt goes well.
Maybebaby - congrats on the wriggling baby!!n
MM - have just read further along and see the new photos. In the one where Dylan hasn't got the oxygen mask on, he looks really healthy, so I'm sure it won't be long before he is home with you.
Fitzio - thank you for the ML good wishes. I have a massive "to do" list of things to do over the next couple of weeks (or longer if bubba holds on) but am not going to get stressed over it. If stuff doesn't get done, it doesn't get done. (remind me of that when I get stroppy in a week saying how little I've managed to get done!!)
Has anyone heard from BeenieCat recently? Was wondering how she was after her stresses with OH.
Same goes for Mrs Moc. Hope she's OK and she's just having internet problems at the hospital.0 -
Chopsticks - thanks for the comment about "if stuff doesn't get done, it doesn't get done." Honestly, I have been stressing over a getting a bunch of little things done, but they don't really matter. The main things are taken care of - have the baby stuff ready, bag packed. Just have a few "house" things I'd like completed before the baby gets here, but in the whole scheme of things, it's not THAT important.
Welcome to the newbies!! Congrats!!
MM - love the pics! He looks great! Hope he's home with you soon!MSE mum of DS(7), and DS(4) (and 2 adult DCs as well!)DFW Long haul supporters No 210:snow_grin Christmas 2013 is coming soon!!! :xmastree:0 -
Morning ladies! How are you all this fine and rainy morning?
I love that it's raining and the temperature is a reasonable level so I don't have to get nekkid and drape myself over the fan.
I'm feeling bizarrely comfortable this morning and am going to celebrate with a cup of tea and some toast. Perhaps also a couple of apricots and some cereal.
I wonder if honeypop has her little one yet?
Edit: if stuff doesn't get done ... it doesn't get done, it's that simple. We need a few biggish things done before the birth, but if we can manage to get the living room finished in time - and it looks like we can - then the baby will be in with us for the first six months anyway so we have some time to play with and the storage so we can take her clothes out of the suitcase and not worry about having the perfect nursery. Or, indeed, any nursery. We'll get there.Organised Birthdays and Christmas: Spend So Far: £193.75; Saved from RRP £963.76
