Ooh, we're having a Chinese for tea! My step sister is staying the night and I just cannot be arsed to cook for us all. Not too unhealthy though as I have a vegetable chow mein....mmmmmmm:DYummy mummy, runner, baker and procrastinator

3 times a day (an hour after food) on alternate days and do a fasting one once a week.
I have a blood monitoring machine - so I put a test strip in the bottom, use a pen type contraption with a lancet in (small needle) and !!!!! my finger. I then wipe the blood on the test strip and it tells me what my blood sugar levels are.
I'm now eating jelly babies to try and boost it - I probably should have toast but I only had my tea an hour ago!
Don't even now what it means! I guess I should be trying to eat snacks as well as my 3 meals!A very busy Yummy Mummy to a 1 year old gorgeous boy :smileyhea

I am so clueless about medical things. Sounds like a lot of hassle, but definitely necessary and worthwhile doing. Bye for now. x0
