My friend spoke to the manager in SCS cribbs causeway bristol and said she would come into the shop and tell people how rubbish the company and their product is ..... he said he would have her forcibly removed!

I am also having a difficult time with scs,about a suite i puchased from them just over two years ago the inserts of the cushions are glues together all along the middle he and now its started to show up on the outside, separating in the middle,giving it a dipping appearance,only found out by inspecting the foam inserts!!!!have written to the out of warranty dept like l was asked when l rang the store l bought the suite from,finally got a short letter saying it wasnt their problem as its out of warranty,have since sent another letter to say it is obviously a flaw in the manufacture of the suite,that they are made to last more than two years,but no further replies,have emailed them twice,but again no reply? So not sure which is the best step to take next,anyone with any sense will steer clear of this cowboy firm at all costs.any advise as to what to do next would be very welcome?? The complaints on this forum alone ,should have enough of an impact to close that store down,they shouldnt be able to take peoples hard earned money and then treat them with such a couldnt care less attitude,its disgraceful.
