Hi and a warm welcome...
Please tell me how did you get your lettuces to grow? We started with 5 but they were too small, 3 got ruined in heavy rain. Another one piled in a week back so we've got just one hanging on but still too small to pick! Although we've had a strawberry each and there 5 more green ones to ripen yet!
Sounds like our house too... we have 3 car boot sale boxes stacked up in the workshop but still more to sort... we favor quality time doing things outside instead while the weather is so good! Not to even mention the ebay mountain of clothes!
Best of luck for the mortgage... you sound pretty keen already!MFW: Nov 2008 £156k, Jun 2015 £129k, Jun 2017 £114k.0 -

Just a thought, why not hang on to DS2's stuff instead of selling it just incase a DS or DD 3 appears - could save you in the long run. You're doing really well BTW. All the best!0

Hi cha hav been lurking on your diary for a while now and just want to say that i completely understand why you dont want to go back to work! I am on maternity leave at the minute and i also have a four year old. I am due back to work in November and dread the thought of it. Unfortunately our mortgage is £1067 per month:eek: so there is no way i could leave my job and also because i earn more than oh it wouldnt make sense. I have been overpaying my mortgage as much as we can so that the payment will reduce slightly. I must be one of the only MFW that does not want to reduce the term of mortgage. I am happy enough to pay the mortgage for the next 23 years i just wish it was lower so that i could at least reduce my hours at work. I remember going back to work after DD1 was born and it was terrible, the stress was unbearable! The only light at the end of the tunnel for me this time is that i will have a full years annual leave to use when i go back so will be able to work 3 and a half days for five months. Dont know what will happen after that! Best of luck with everything.Credit card £4461.15Home mortgage £137117Buy to let mortgage £83,0000
