You know, when my bank cards got stolen the bank managed to keep me going with cash, etc. quite happily for the week or so it took to get the new cards. Perhaps the OP should have investigated that here too?
Either way, the thread's been flogged to death. General concensus is that legal action is a waste of time and rather misguided.Health Warning: I am happy to occasionally comment on building matters on the forum. However it is simply not possible to give comprehensive professional technical advice on an internet forum. Any comments made are therefore only of a general nature to point you in what is hopefully the right direction.0 -
I have lost out because I have booked a holiday at home to get some work done. I am now unable to purchase the necessary goods ( internet only) in a timely fashion to be able to make use of that holiday.
You would only be able to make use of your holiday with new cutlery? How does that work?
