I have a phone call scheduled for later next month so i cant see any of the new ones being put on. Is this because I can only have 1 on the go at any one time??

Not sure - I've currently got 3 calls booked for next month (gas, hotel and holiday) and can currently see 5 gas calls which appear to have just come on

I'm not sure. This is the first phone call I've been allowed for a couple of months. As soon as I took the job all the others disappeared. I think RE have changed the quota numbers on the amount and type of assignments you can have. I could be wrong of course. :o

Don't tend to do phone calls, but I did 4 for GFK this morning, and 3 last week - all to different companies - all !!!!!! easy ones with the same "tick box" questionnaires. Pretty small fee but for 10 minutes work (that's the total of the call and questionnaire in most cases!!) it's pretty good.

Right, watch all the good jobs come on in the next hour because I'm going out for a bit!

Don't take all the pizza jobs if they come on, please!!!!! :)

Hello all, I completed my first job for RE on Friday and even received a phone call from them today asking for a description of the person who served me but for some reason I can't accept any assignments as it's saying I can only accept one assignment at a time but I've completed the assignment for Friday so why can't I accept any more!

It's because you are still Probationary. Once they have double-checked and approved your first report, you will become Active. You can then accept more than 1 job at a time. It can take a couple of days.

Did you make sure you answered all the eligibility questions correct? This happened to me a while back, I had answered 1 question incorrectly and got that message. I went back into it and answered it again and got the assignment.

    May mean:
    • You've already got a job - you can't have a second one while you're on probation.
    • Somebody took that job while you were applying for it.
    • You answered one of the questions wrong.

Either that, or while you were doing the eligibility test, someone else was also doing it and they beat you to it!
