    Is it a hotel reservation? They're fine .. I've done a fair few of them and they are simple and straightforward.

    Make sure you get a Reservation number, and then when you ring back to cancel make sure you ask for a Cancellation number and the name of the person you speak to and nothing will be charged to your card!

    Talking of hotel calls for RE, if anyone did a Conference booking call for them a while back, double check that RE have cancelled the conference as they said they would once they'd received your report!

    I did this job about 3 weeks ago, booked a conference and gave my AmEx card number as confirmation, duly did the report and expected RE to cancel it.

    Today, I get a phone call from the hotel asking if I am still going ahead with the conference! Cue mad call to RE, and a very laid-back guy says "Oh it should have been cancelled, I'll do it now for you, goodbye" ... and doesn't even take my name so how he can cancel it I don't know!

    So I phoned the hotel to cancel it myself and double checked they wouldn't be putting any charges to my card.

    Not at all impressed with RE in this instance!

    Hi angel, I've never heard of that & I'm not too sure I'd be happy to continue to be honest :o

    I've just been on one this evening for RE, (the first for ages due to family illness). I've just completed my report & there wasn't a spell checker at the end. When did this disappear :confused:

    Hi I have only been ms since mid april and it has been like that all the time for me. When you click on submit if there are spelling errors it then highlights them and gives you a chance to correct at that stage. I find it strange that it appears then though. If you did not have that showing either I have no idea why not though.
    Today I did a job and its marked already :j but i got two points for doing it on time and only two for completing it and not ten! I hope thats now not the case - I have emailed and asked for it to be changed but normally anything I ask for is ignored :o

    thanks a lot I am just worried that as with your conference call it might get messed up somehow and i probably wont have enough in my ms account to cover any errors :rolleyes:

    The first job I tried to book with TNS was for the actual same day. That also is not possible to do and when I queried it I was rudely answered. Seems like that is how their system is designed so if anyone suddenly sees a job they can do you arent allowed too :mad: very stupid if you ask me!

    saying that I just tried to reschedule one (just got my new car but need to build my confidence up first after not driving for 9 months and need to stick to locations I actually know for now :rotfl:). Anyhow tried rescheduling and it says I cant and there is a warning if you cancel a job - all this hassle for a coffee job for which i wont even get a fee :rolleyes: i have emailed them so i really hope i get a polite response this time.

    If its classed as an 'audit' then at the moment they are only awarding 2 points apparently (have emailed them about this), my one was a phone shop visit.

    No I can't select any dates. Will try emailing and see if she's online!
