Ive taken a different call than i have done before for RE. I have to use debit card and then call back and cancel - has anyone else done these as I just want to check there's no risk of me having to spend anything? Thanks in advance.
Make sure you get a Reservation number, and then when you ring back to cancel make sure you ask for a Cancellation number and the name of the person you speak to and nothing will be charged to your card!We’ve had to remove your signature. Talking of hotel calls for RE, if anyone did a Conference booking call for them a while back, double check that RE have cancelled the conference as they said they would once they'd received your report!
I did this job about 3 weeks ago, booked a conference and gave my AmEx card number as confirmation, duly did the report and expected RE to cancel it.
Today, I get a phone call from the hotel asking if I am still going ahead with the conference! Cue mad call to RE, and a very laid-back guy says "Oh it should have been cancelled, I'll do it now for you, goodbye" ... and doesn't even take my name so how he can cancel it I don't know!
So I phoned the hotel to cancel it myself and double checked they wouldn't be putting any charges to my card.

Just a quick TNS question. I've spotted a job on there but the date to do the job by was yesterday. I'm actually walking past that shop tomorrow, so I can pop in and do it. How do I get it allocated to me as it comes up with an error if I try to select tomorrow's date.Sealed pot Member target £200 - No. 151

Hi I have only been ms since mid april and it has been like that all the time for me. When you click on submit if there are spelling errors it then highlights them and gives you a chance to correct at that stage. I find it strange that it appears then though. If you did not have that showing either I have no idea why not though.
Today I did a job and its marked already :j but i got two points for doing it on time and only two for completing it and not ten! I hope thats now not the case - I have emailed and asked for it to be changed but normally anything I ask for is ignored0 -

saying that I just tried to reschedule one (just got my new car but need to build my confidence up first after not driving for 9 months and need to stick to locations I actually know for now :rotfl:). Anyhow tried rescheduling and it says I cant and there is a warning if you cancel a job - all this hassle for a coffee job for which i wont even get a fee :rolleyes: i have emailed them so i really hope i get a polite response this time.0 -

If its classed as an 'audit' then at the moment they are only awarding 2 points apparently (have emailed them about this), my one was a phone shop visit.0 -
