Hi, does anyone know how long tern take to grade initial test visits? I did one last week and haven't heard anything yet.
I did my initial test on thursday or friday and they said they would contact me in 7-10 days!Slowly working towards earning enough money (through various ventures) to live unworriedly, treat my family and sleep under a lovely roof. x0 -

Yes that's right they only contact you if you are successful and they take ages to take the job off the board. BARE are not my favourites by a long way! :rolleyes:0 -

You can check the status of your application on your "My Apps" page, and as they're still there "pending" I know they have rejected me for the jobs outright yet! So I'm still hanging on.TWBM 2010 Wishlist:

EDIT: also - do they get back to you by email, or do you have to keep checking your account to see whether you've been accepted for it?
Probably best to wait for some self-assign ones to come along - then you build up some experience with them and get the more sought after assignments (I cannot remember which are self-assign though!). As with other posters, not my favourite company.0 -

Its interesting that you say that - Initally I just signed up with GAP, RE and GFK, but after a week or so and having read the forums on here, I registered with TNS and BARE, as these seemed to be the most popular.
I also registered at some point with MCS who haven't emailed me any jobs yet and Grassroots, who never seem to have anything on their books! So I don;t think those 2 have been worthwhile.
To me, GAP and GFK seem to be the best. RE looks pretty good, but I can only ever see airside jobs.Slowly working towards earning enough money (through various ventures) to live unworriedly, treat my family and sleep under a lovely roof. x0 -

The lady I spoke to said that sometimes they'll restrict offering jobs to people within half a mile radius.
I still have my home address as one of my five, but have also listed the postcode of a shop in the middle of my local shopping centre. Ever since I did that, I've seen quite a few jobs pop up whereas before I had none!0 -
I initially signed up Gap, then went on to RE and Gfk. I tend to do more jobs with RE and enjoy the variety of jobs they offer, but my favourite job to date has been with Gfk - great job with a great fee, paid very soon after completion.
I love the petrol jobs on Aba-i, and did my first job for The-Company-That-Can-Not-Be-Named last night so I'll see how the feedback from that goes.
ALSO - just had an email from TNS about some weekend/business visits. Worth checking your emails people as seems like could be a nice opportunity for a couple wanting a weekend getaway!?TWBM 2010 Wishlist:

Can someone send me a pm and tell me who the company who must not be named is!0
