Do you mean it works with just the user ID and passcode which is int he email they sent with the link?

This is the email I received:
This is to remind you that the online questionnaire login process has changed. You may have already noticed that the login ID no longer matches your Fieldworker ID. Please make sure you use the login ID supplied in the link email sent to you.

Your login to the booking site has not changed.

    Many thanks,

    TNS Mystery Shopping

**THIS IS A GENERAL EMAIL TO ALL SHOPPERS**

The booking site is at: http://apps.tns-global.com/apps/mercury

    Your User Id is: 6****

    Your password is: VA*****
I just clicked on the link, copy and pasted my user ID from the email (which was the same as before), looked up my password from my very first sign-up email with them and signed in.

All my login details were already saved so they came up automatically, but I thought I'd better re-do it just to make sure. Haven't had a problem and have accepted 3 more jobs since the email.
Slowly working towards earning enough money (through various ventures) to live unworriedly, treat my family and sleep under a lovely roof. x

    That's right SC.

Previously, they;d send you an email telling you to go and login to get the job notes etc, and the login was your user id and a unique password for each job. So you still needed to read their email to get the password.

Now it's a unique user id AND password for each job. So you still need to read the emails, but this time copy two pieces of data to enable you to login.

Thanks Monkey. Another 'improvement' then ;)

I doubt I'll be doing much for them in the future anyway - I think we've fallen out, and since they have stopped paying mileage on so many jobs it just isn't worth doing them.

I noticed that too.....hoped I would get paid for that this month as I did mine over a month ago!!

It's not just me then! Last year I had the same problem when I did a lot of work for them and said I wouldn't do them again but got sucked in.....

They seem to pay the small amounts on time just the big ones they don't bother with. Better in my account than theirs is what I was thinking - especially as I had to run about like a loony to do the jobs in their small timeframe.
  • I know it's probably a silly thing to do but I'd banked on getting paid for that this month and now nothing. I sent an e-mail to them yesterday asking when to expect payment and got an auto e-mail back saying my contact is on holiday for a week and to contact someone else if it's urgent....my guess is this isn't classed as urgent

    Good morning everyone

I've just been accepted for Mystery Customer Evaluations, just wondered if anyone gets much work out of them?

Could someone please tell me what company ESA is, I don't know what the initials stand for?

I was accepted few months ago but never got any offer. Maybe they don't have work in my area.

Woot! I got a Bra Shop visit - my first assignment for Tern. How exciting!
If I happen to end up falling in love with my purchase... do I HAVE to send it back or can I kept it? Obviously I know I'll have to send the receipt off but just wondered...

Congrats!! I did one last month, it was fun and I loved the bra I bought but had to send it back with the receipt.

Sorry...are you saying that we're not getting paid for the Bare car shops this month, I was really banking on that payment. I noticed the two smaller payments showed paid but when can we expect the car shop ones. I thought they paid a month behind which would make it this month.
  • Hi, does anyone on here work for storecheckers? what are they like to work for?

    Ta! x
