Oh I really want to pick up one of these jobs but I need to do it on Sunday, please no one pick up the place name that begins with a P in Hampshire!0

Managed to pick up an Aba-i job to coincide with the two I already have booked for lunch time tomorrow. Think I may be being a bit ambitious... It's a 15min drive from my work to the shopping centre, and I've three mystery shops booked before another 15min drive back to work... it's a good job I'm on flexi time! May have to take advantage of that.
That brings my total to 5 jobs on Friday, whilst working a full day at work. It's going to be a BUSY day.TWBM 2010 Wishlist:

I accepted a job that I wanted to do on a Sunday before, and emailed to ask for the deadline to be extended. I would have still done the assignment in the time allowance had they not been able to, but they were happy to extend the deadline as long as I didn't let them down. They emailed back REALLY quickly - worth a try?
Maybe dont' accept it until you know they can extend the deadline for you, but worth emailing them rather than hoping it's still on the system in 2 days time!TWBM 2010 Wishlist:

You shouldn't be apologising mate.
You have every right to Mystery Shop and every right to come here and ask for help, this is not a private club.
Thanks Scotsbob! I think I might have overreacted slightly though. On hindsight I thought all newbies were being grouped together and given a bad name.
However, I don't believe HP's was relevant to me. In that, I spent hours reading this forum through and spent hours going over the websites, making pages of notes on each. I must admit though the "making a lot of money" comment did feel like a bit of a dig. Then again, like others have said, people do it for different reasons. I am doing it so that after 11 months, I might have enough to pay for some of my accommodation or at least take a chunk off flight prices. You posted earlier telling us you did your first job yesterday. How did it go? Come back and tell us how it went.
Thanks for asking! It was fantastic, so much to try and take in, but I had the questionnaire pretty much memorised before I went in so I managed to get everything recorded ok and thanks to the advice of the others, I managed the time recording with no problems. Really enjoyed it!
Don't be intimidated off the forum.
lol, I wont be. After reading through this forum (and my God it's long), I was looking forward to joining in with the chat and sharing my experiences. I was really pleased as well that we have so many users from Glasgow! Then I came to the argument.... lol so I left posting for a while until it cooled down. The last thing I want to do is to have arguments with people, least of all people I am sharing the same city as!
Meh, I think I misread the post to be honest. I think it was me that thought HP was grouping all the newbies together. Like I said, reading it back, I don't think it applies to me!2009: Overdraft: £1500 Credit card: [STRIKE]£1000 [/STRIKE] cleared:j0 -
Thaks everyone who told me how to get all the Abai locations at once. None relevant to me just now, but good for the future.
And Dean - yes there are a lot of Weegies here aren't there? I am newish to the board but been MSing a long time, haven't needed to ask many questions but have always been helped out by people, so i endeavour to do the same back - that's all we can do really!0 -
